Founder - Keane

The clinic was founded by Keane Ryan, a Clinical Nurse Specialist with a background in mental health & addiction, clinical exercise physiology, performance coaching and high-level sport.

Keane’s career has developed at the intersection of healthcare and human performance. Through his work in mental health services, he has spent years supporting individuals to improve their recovery through lifestyle change, structured exercise and long-term behaviour change.

Alongside his clinical work, Keane has extensive experience in strength and conditioning and works with athletes and teams to support physical preparation, resilience and performance.

As a competitive cyclist himself, Keane also understands the demands of training and performance from first-hand experience. This perspective shapes the approach at ADAPT — combining practical coaching with a deep understanding of how health, training and lifestyle interact.

ADAPT Clinic was created to bring these worlds together, helping people improve their health, develop their physical potential and build sustainable habits that support long-term wellbeing.
